Serge our repair person was very nice. However after being told on the phone it was $75 for service call, I was told the actual charge was $200 (minimum labor fee), for literally replacing the timer knob on the dryer. Completely misleading and a disgusting way to do business. Paid $75 and ordered the knob on Amazon for $8. Company should be honest and tell prospective customers that the real minimum is $200.
